Key Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents
Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems or spreadsheets
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications
Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and receiving
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Support team members and management with administrative tasks
