RC Outsourcing is a 503B Outsourcing facility located in Lowellville, Ohio.
We are seeking a full-time Technician to join our growing team. This role supports daily operations through accurate preparation, documentation, and handling of pharmaceutical products in accordance with FDA regulations, company SOPs, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a regulated laboratory or cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with compounding, preparation, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products
- Follow all SOPs, FDA regulations, and quality assurance guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and batch records
- Perform cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of work areas and equipment
- Support inventory control and material handling
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and management
- Adhere to safety protocols and aseptic techniques at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy Technician experience preferred (compounding or sterile experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
