Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – RC Dental Care

We are a high-volume, high-quality dental practice looking for an experienced, reliable, and energetic RDA to join our team. Our office is fast-paced, supportive, and focused on delivering excellent clinical care to families in the Antelope Valley.
What We’re Looking For
- Current California RDA license
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Experience in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a multi-doctor, multi-op environment
- Excellent communication skills with patients and Parents/Guardians
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual, dependable, and comfortable with a busy schedule
Daily Responsibilities
- Assisting doctors with all clinical procedures
- Taking X-rays, impressions, and digital scans
- Setting up and breaking down operatories
- Sterilization and infection-control compliance
- Explaining procedures and supporting patient comfort
- Maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day
