Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 / year

Description

This role will be part of a growing specialized marketing team at RBW. You will be RBW’s brand steward and help amplify our marketing message by producing and designing high caliber creative content to some of the most creative award-winning designers and architects in the industry.



Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and effective UI for RBW.com
• Design for all marketing and sales collateral including print, graphic, surface and presentations
• Manage / Assist in managing our email marketing calendar and elevate and iterate on the design of our email programs
• Elevate RBW by creating and maintaining a high bar of visual excellence across all digital touchpoints
• Day-to-day projects like sitemaps, wireframes, low-fi mockups, production-ready comps, marketing assets, and design specs
• Maintain a scalable design system for all our marketing, triggered, transactional, and editorial emails
• Support publication and brand standards of RBW social media channels
• Support site content and monitor information accuracy and functionality regularly for QC
• Perform website content updates and content accuracy when necessary
• Support data accuracy on 3rd party ecommerce sites
• Design materials for the launch of new products, brand stories and territory events to meet our sales & marketing goals
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales and Development team and external creative partners to conceive, plan and implement our digital campaigns and communications
• Other duties may be assigned by management in support of business needs
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
• Digital content development experience (3-5 years)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (Wordpress or similar)
• Attention to detail
