Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Own full-cycle recruiting across Augusta Campus and as needed throughout the organization , partnering with hiring managers to source, interview, and select great people who align with RBW's values.
Build and maintain talent pipelines that keep pace with a fast-growing, high-volume campus.
Ensure hiring practices are consistent, equitable, and compliant with employment law.
People Experience & Engagement
Execute an outstanding team member experience from payroll to benefits, establishing RBW's brand as an employer of choice.
Champion a consistent and compelling employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Demonstrate expertise in overseeing HRM tools and technology .
Collaborate with members of the People Experience Team and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on policies, programs, and practices.
Drive the execution of an innovative, cost-effective people engagement and experience plan, and leverage HRM and data tools to drive insights, automation, and scalability.
People Operations & Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on policies, programs, and practices.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through payroll and benefits initiatives, recognition programs, and open communication channels.
Partner with leaders across the campus and organization to drive a consistent, people-first, and fast-responsive approach to HR support.
Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations; communicate and educate team members on policies according to current legislative requirements.
Maintain HR records, oversee HR audits, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Lead and support employee relations investigations with sound, legally grounded judgment.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
