RBT Ready LLC is recruiting a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for one of our ABA partner organizations in Nebo, NC.
This is a part-time afternoon opportunity for an RBT who is dependable, professional, and able to maintain the full weekday schedule.
Position Details
- Location: Nebo, NC
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–6:30 PM
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Pay: $22–$26 per hour
- Part-time, in-person position
- Pediatric ABA case
- High-priority opening
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision
- Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
- Collect accurate session and behavioral data
- Follow treatment plans and clinical protocols
- Maintain professional communication with the supervising clinical team
- Arrive consistently and on time for scheduled sessions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Experience providing ABA services preferred
- Ability to complete required background and employment screenings
- Reliable transportation to the Nebo area
- Consistent Monday–Friday afternoon availability
- Strong professionalism, communication, and dependability
