New Pool Sales/ Design Consultant

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Meet with clients and conduct initial consultation.
• Design and develop a pool/outdoor living renovation for client.
• Price project and prepare the presentation materials.
• Present the proposed project to the client in your office or at their home.

OTHER ASPECTS OF YOUR ROLE:

• Actively pursues developing relationships with related businesses, such as landscapers and builders while establishing positive relationships for referrals.
• Participates in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
• Utilize company and manufacturer-provided software including Microsoft Dynamics, NAV, Pool Studios, 3D designs and Auto CAD.
• Prepares a variety of status reports as needed, including activity, closings, follow up and adherence to goals.
• Work from our office at our Celina design studio headquarters
• No overnight travel is required, though role will require some evenings and Saturdays per needs of client.
• Salary with commission for the first 3 months transitioning to a draw against sales commission with unlimited earnings. 
• 100K to 200K potential earnings once training is completed.
• This is a W-2 position with benefits including: car allowance, cell phone, & life insurance, optional health, dental, & vision insurance, and 401K.

EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree preferred but not required.
• Three years of proven sales results in B to C sales; experience in selling big-ticket items (cars, houses, renovations, etc.) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Pool Studios, Microsoft Office, and CRM software is a plus.
• Key attributes such as: people skills, good presentation skills, desire to serve the client, professionalism, positive attitude, relationship builder, honest, conscientious, and ability to visualize finished construction projects.
