Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales and Purchasing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist with managing accounts, preparing quotes, processing purchase orders and invoices, and building strong client relationships. This position offers growth potential with opportunities for advancement and a strong focus on monthly commissions, with no cap on earnings! Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send accurate quotes for products and materials
- Process and manage purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Support the team to ensure smooth account management and service continuity
- Ensure all orders are processed, invoiced, and delivered on time
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when engaging with clients
- Expand the customer base through outreach and referrals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, purchasing, or administrative roles preferred
- Experience in construction or building trades is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory or purchasing software is a plus but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
