What You'll Be Doing
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in creating a great first impression and delivering an outstanding resident experience by:
- Greeting and connecting with prospective residentsand tenants
- Conducting apartment tours andshowcasingcommunity amenities
- Helping prospects through the application and move-inprocess
- Following up with leads and building strong relationshipswithin the surrounding community
- Supporting resident events and community engagement activities
- Assisting current residents with questions and requests
- Partnering with the onsite team to maintain a welcoming and resident-focused community

Preferred Experience
- Leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or related experience
- Experience working with property management or CRM software is aplus
- Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of multifamily housing or property management is helpful but notrequired
