RBM of ALPHARETTA SALES CONSULTANT

Essential Job Functions:

  • Keep up-to-date on all product advancements and financial programs.
  • Provide the highest quality of customer service to our clients, demonstrate vehicles, perform test drives, guide clients through the sales experience, and provide after-the-sale service.
  • Prospect and cultivate self-generated leads; follow up on all sales leads and inquires to achieve unit sales volume objectives.
  • Actively engage with customers to build relationships; maintain customer satisfaction scores standards and positive social media exposure.
  • Structure deals to complete the sale and achieve dealership profit and F&I goals.
  • Ensure all deals values are accurate and required documents are present.
  • Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in RBM’s normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
  • All applicants must have a clean driving record and must be insurable.
  • Basic communication and problem-solving skills; basic mathematical skills using American units of measure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Physical demands include: frequently position body and move in order to greet clients and explain vehicle features; drive vehicles; traverse dealership property; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion.  Work is conducted inside, outside, in all weather conditions, in proximity to moving vehicles, and while driving on public and private roadways.

Salary : $25,000
