RBG Inc. is a small, family run business, that specializes in service, repairs, and new sales of bucket trucks and aerial lift equipment. We are looking for a reliable, organize, and friendly individual to manage our bookkeeping, front office, and reception duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, basic financial record keeping)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Serve as front office receptionist: greet and assist clients or visitors, answer phones, manage mail, direct calls.
- General administrative/office support (filing, data entry, scheduling, maintaining office supplies, customer service)
- Assist with other office tasks as needed, flexibility and a “team player” mindset required
Qualifications:
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Accounting software)
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact courteously with clients, vendors, and staff
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
