Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance team. In this role you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle accounts payable function for a multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operation. This role ensures the prompt and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.
The Accounts Payable Manager leads daily AP operations, supports month-end close, and partners with operations, procurement, and finance teams to maintain efficient payment processes for vendors supporting restaurant operations across multiple locations.
Duties:
- Supervise daily accounts payable activities including invoice review, coding, and processing.
- Supervise and support Accounts Payable staff, providing guidance, training and performance oversight, assignment of workloads and fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement within the AP team.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors, utilities, rent, food suppliers, and service providers across all restaurant locations.
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end close processes including accruals and reconciliations related to accounts payable and handle all related reporting.
- Monitor AP aging reports and resolve outstanding balances with vendors.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals are obtained.
- Lead systems and process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in multi-unit restaurants, retail, hospitality, or high-volume transactional environments strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, Restaurant365, or similar platforms).
- Strong ability in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with invoice automation or AP workflow systems preferred.
Pay: From $64,480.00 per year
