Qualifications:
- Education:

- Ability to speak technically about industrial bearings and machined components.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong professional instincts and ability to bridge American and European business practices.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Ability to articulate technical solutions confidently and accurately.
- Cultural Fit:
