What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auditor position at RBC?
Summary: Identify, count, and stage product for shipping. Prepare documentation and labeling for staging of product. Duties include consolidation of product, accurate counting of product, proper documentation of transactions, proper storage methods using established procedures, and general housekeeping duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Verify accuracy of customer orders prior to shipment this includes, but not limited to inspecting orders for proper customer, order number, part number, quantity, completeness, neatness, uniformity, special packing instructions and shipping instructions
- Packing and wrapping containers, banding, and tying products and for shipment.
- Filling out proper documentation for audits and discrepancies.
- Reporting to management with findings.
