What is the opportunity?
Implements and supports Fiserv hardware, software and systems which provide the infrastructure for RBC Capital Markets, BCST Global Payments. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments with payments infrastructure.
What will you do?
- Design, configure, and implement solutions on the Fiserv Enterprise Payment Platform to support payment processing needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements to the EPP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize processing speed and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end-users as needed.
Must have:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Hands on experience proving technical support and training and including with internal employs and end-users
- Detailed oriented, to provide comprehensive documentation
- Hands on experience designing, configuring, and implementing solutions on the Fiserv Enterprise Payment Platform to support payment processing needs.
