Our client, a prominent insurance carrier, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney for their Central NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of insurance coverage, fraud or bad faith litigation experience.
In this position, the attorney will draft coverage opinions as well as manage case files for litigation. This position is hybrid remote, 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week.
Hours (with some flexibility) are 9am to 5pm.
Competitive base salary 130k (5 years of experience) to 170k (north of 10 years of experience), bonus and benefits.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
