What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney - In-House - No-Fault Auto Defense - 0-5 years of experience position at RB Legal Recruiting?
Our client, a prominent insurance carrier, is seeking a No-Fault Defense Attorney for their Mercer County area office. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in New Jersey or pending admission in New Jersey. Candidates should have prior exposure to civil litigation, specifically auto litigation (plaintiff or defense side is fine).
This position is hybrid remote, 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week.
Hours (with some flexibility) are 9am to 5pm.
Competitive base salary 100k (entry level admitted attorney) to 130k (5 years of experience), bonus and benefits. Attorneys pending admission are welcome to apply (starting salary is 80k until admission)
