Project Manager – Concrete Construction Kansas City Metro | Full-Time, Onsite
About the Job
We're a concrete construction company looking for a Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. This role is fully onsite in the KC metro area — no remote or hybrid option.
What You'll Do
- Manage concrete projects from planning through completion
- Handle schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and site superintendents
- Run project meetings and keep everyone on the same page
- Visit job sites to check progress, quality, and safety
- Spot problems early and solve them quickly
- Report progress to clients and leadership
- Make sure every project meets code and safety standards
What You Need
- Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equal experience)
- Experience managing concrete construction projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and equipment
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable with Procore, Primavera, or MS Project, plus Microsoft Office
- Organized and able to manage several projects at once
- OSHA certification
