We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys being on the production floor, solving problems, and making manufacturing processes better.
This position will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues and drive problems to root cause.
- Develop and implement corrective actions.
- Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and work instructions.
- Support engineering changes and new product introductions.
- Partner directly with production, engineering, quality, and service teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
- 5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Someone who is comfortable spending time on the production floor working directly with the people building the product.
