Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from inception to settlement or trial
- Conduct legal research on various case law and statutes
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, preparing complaints, discovery requests, and responses
- Manage case files and maintain document organization
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Coordinate depositions and court appearances
- Utilize legal software such as Filevine for document management
Skills
- Spanish speaker preferred.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
- Experience with Filevine preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent research skills with a focus on legal research
- 2 years experience in personal injury law
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
