Job Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at the RazerStore, you will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience during our peak season. Your role will involve assisting customers, managing merchandise, and contributing to the store's overall success during our busiest time of the year.

Pay Rate: $18.20/hr

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
• Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$37,445.00 - $64,058.00
