Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions and injuries. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Use a variety of techniques, such as exercise, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals
- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and prevent further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay current on advancements in physical therapy treatments and techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
