Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to help patients improve mobility and function
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
