Position Summary

Raza's at Hamilton is seeking energetic, personable, and experienced Bartenders to create an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service and expertly crafted beverages. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Our bartenders play a key role in delivering warm, attentive service while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Make beverage recommendations and answer questions about cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Accurately process guest orders, payments, and tabs using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking, ordering, and restocking bar supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, syrups, and other bar ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Must meet all state requirements for serving alcohol.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
