We are looking for reliable Behavioral Health Technicians to care for clients struggling with primary Substance Abuse and secondary Mental Health disorders in a professional and considerate manner. Quality client care is absolutely essential and is expected from each employee.
You will work directly with clients each day and your primary responsibility is to ensure that each client follows the program guidelines, attends all sessions in a timely manner and being a client advocate and mentor. Behavioral Health Technicians will also be responsible for taking vital signs and transporting clients to appointments. Behavioral Health Technicians must be compassionate but maintain good boundaries. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding.
