Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise across Workday modules, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive HR transformation initiatives while ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
Required Skills
Atleast 10 years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application consulting.
Atleast 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday implementations and support.
Strong expertise in one or more Workday modules, including: Human Capital Management (HCM) Core HCM Compensation Benefits Recruiting Talent & Performance Learning Absence Management Payroll & Time Tracking
Experience configuring Workday Business Processes and Security Framework.
Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
Experience with Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) ,Core Connectors &Workday Studio
Experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
Understanding of data conversion, migration, and tenant management.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
