Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Director to lead our enterprise CRM strategy and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure seamless user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall Salesforce strategy to support business growth and customer engagement.
- Lead a team of Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Establish governance, best practices, and standards for Salesforce development and administration.
- Drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party applications to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and data management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) strongly preferred.
