Job Title – Salesforce Director

Location – New York City, NY/ Toronto, ON (Hybrid with 2–3 days Onsite per week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Director to lead our enterprise CRM strategy and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure seamless user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall Salesforce strategy to support business growth and customer engagement.
• Lead a team of Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Establish governance, best practices, and standards for Salesforce development and administration.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party applications to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and data management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) strongly preferred.
