Ray's Heating, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our team. This is a hands on position with leadership responsibility, supporting residential and light commercial projects throughout Salmon and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:
- Install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Manage and support apprentices or helpers on job sites
- Ensure all work is done to code
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently and safely
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Journeyman HVAC license (5 years HVAC experience)
- Strong understanding of HVAC code and best trade practices
- Ability to read prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Physically capable of trade work
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Clean driving record
- Pre-Employment and random drug test
