We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings positive energy, strong coordination skills, and a genuine love for helping others. As the communication hub of our service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers and supporting field operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently to meet customer and operational needs

• Coordinating with field teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard

• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process

• Entering and updating customer, service, and scheduling information accurately in our system

• Identifying service opportunities and recommending relevant products or solutions

• Becoming an expert in our services and scheduling processes

• 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling (home services or trades is a big plus!)

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Confidence in handling multiple priorities and tasks at once

• Friendly, calm, and adaptable under pressure

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (but not required—we'll train you!)

• High school diploma or equivalent
