Role Description The Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Wayne, IN, responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial doors and related hardware. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing work orders, loading materials and tools, traveling to customer sites, removing existing doors or equipment, and installing new doors, openers, tracks, and safety devices according to company standards. The Installer will test and adjust systems for proper operation, identify and resolve issues, and communicate clearly with customers about work performed and any recommended follow-up.
