Position: Dental Insurance Coordinator
As our Dental Insurance Coordinator, you will be the go-to expert for all things insurance-related, ensuring our patients maximize their benefits while keeping our practice running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and process dental insurance claims efficiently
- Accurately enter and update patient insurance information in Dentrix
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues
- Provide patients with clear explanations of their insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs
- Follow up on outstanding claims and appeals
- Assist with financial arrangements and payment plans when needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: Minimum of 2 year in dental insurance billing (Dentrix proficiency required)
✔ Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and billing processes
✔ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Team Player: A positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to teamwork
