- Experience connecting with customers, whether through retail, hospitality, service, or sales
- Confidence in guiding decisions, including closing sales, navigating conversations, and overcoming objections in a helpful, respectful way
- Interest or experience in building relationships that drive repeat business (client relationship management)
- Comfort working toward goals, including sales quotas, KPIs, or other performance metrics
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Comfort with technology and learning new tools
- Sales experience is great--but not required. We also value experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, teaching, or other people-focused roles.
