What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Operations Associate $19 hourly position at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses?
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting the standard for the quality of merchandise that will be delivered. This position is responsible for supervising all daily functions of the clearance center warehouse in the most effective and customer satisfying manner by leading and coaching a high performance team. Must have proven leadership skills and be able to motivate associates to enhance the customer shopping experience.

- Implement Raymour & Flanigan safety policies and procedures. Ensure associates are working safely at all times.
- Coordinate delivery of furniture, bedding and accessories with 3rd party, outside and preferred delivery companies.
- Create a work environment where associates understand that their own success is largely dependent on the success of the team.
- Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail are required.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
- Two years operational management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
