Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute reports to support business decisions and track category performance
- Coordinate with vendors on product updates, specifications, pricing, and operational information
- Communicate product updates and changes to field sales teams to ensure accurate, current information
- Respond to field inquiries and provide timely support to store teams
- Partner with marketing and field support teams to ensure accurate product advertising and pricing
- Manage item creation and audit new product introductions for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in vendor and internal meetings related to pricing, product changes, and marketing initiatives
- Manage emails, calls, and team communications while maintaining organization and professionalism
- Draft, review, and distribute professional communications on behalf of the team
- Proof in-store materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Maintain and update internal documents and records to ensure information remains current
- Audit and resolve billing discrepancies through cross-referencing and research
- Participate in occasional travel for vendor visits, field support, or team meetings as needed
- Support additional day-to-day tasks and projects as they arise
- Self-starter who takes initiative and identifies what needs to be done without being asked
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools, processes, and priorities
- Driven and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Highly attentive to detail, especially when reviewing data, documents, and materials
