As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to safely and efficiently move product through our distribution network. You and your team will also be responsible for inventory management and accountability. As a manager in our business, you and your team must provide outstanding customer service to your internal and external customers.
Senior Distribution Manager - Salaried Position $90,000-$110,000 plus bonus
- Principle Leader of our largest distribution center in the company
- Partner with Distribution and Transportation Teams for effective product movement
- Develop a high functioning team of Supervisors, Leads and Distribution Associates
- Encourage and reward safe behavior
- Influence direction and effectiveness of Raymour and Flanigan's Distribution and Transportation Network
- Recruit and retain high performers
- Develop department financial goals and meet or exceed those goals
- Build individual and team credibility throughout the organization
- Embrace and Drive change within the team and throughout the organization
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strategic decision-making skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Minimum five years of applicable experience managing teams in warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements:
Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 50 lbs.
