Expectations:
- Commitment to Raymour and Flanigan's safety policies and procedures. Ensuring that associates and self are working safely at all times.

- Interact with customers and contractors as well as overseeing all warehouse operations and creating a professional warehouse environment.
- Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals and develop associates and supervisors.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Meet business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment.
- Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
- Collaborative, team-oriented leadership approach.
- Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
- Three years in leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory and facilities management experience.
- Coaching and training experience.
- Work a Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be highly productive for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
