Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher, located in Peculiar or Raymore, MO. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons, managing classroom dynamics, evaluating and assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional tasks include collaborating with colleagues, participating in school activities, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students.

- Strong instructional planning, lesson delivery, and classroom management skills
- Ability to assess, evaluate, and support students’ academic performance and individualized learning needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to utilize technology and digital tools as part of the teaching and learning process
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for fostering student development
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification required
- Experience in elementary or secondary education is preferred
