JUNIOR VARSITY BOYS BASKETBALL HEAD COACH
The Athletics Department is seeking a Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach for Team beginning November 2026. This is a part-time, seasonal position under the direction of the Athletic Director that is primarily responsible for the Junior Varsity program within the Athletics Department.
The Head Coach is responsible for building an inclusive and positive team culture, teaching fundamental and advanced skills, preparing the team for interscholastic competition, and professionally communicating with players, families, and colleagues.
This position reports to the RHS Athletic Director and RHS Principal, and will support the enforcement of school and state policy, NFHS and NHIAA rules regarding athletics, and the principles of good sportsmanship, the student-athlete model of success, and positive coaching practices.
TITLE: Interscholastic Athletics - Coach

SUPERVISES: Assistant Coaches
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Head coaches will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive athletic program within the high school setting. The primary focus will be on coaching and mentoring student-athletes, fostering skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills to create a positive and competitive sports environment.
