Agency Business Consultant

Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agency Business Consultant to support and coach our agency owners in building stronger, more efficient, and more profitable businesses. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor analyzing agency performance, identifying operational gaps, and implementing proven procedures and business strategies that drive measurable improvement.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Bonus Opportunities

Must have valid Property/Causality and Health/life insurance licenses

2 years of experience in business consulting, agency operations, insurance, or similar field Preferred.

Strong understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance analysis.

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyze data, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with business software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Partner with Farmers agency owners to evaluate business operations, workflow efficiency, staffing models, and customer service processes.

Develop and implement streamlined procedures and best practices tailored to each agency's needs.

Provide expert consultation on agency growth strategies, including marketing, sales optimization, retention initiatives, and financial performance.

Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improved productivity and profitability.

Conduct regular business reviews and create action plans with milestones and accountability.

Train agency teams on system usage, operational standards, and customer experience enhancements.

Support long-term agency development through continuous coaching and structured improvement plans.

Stay current on Farmers Insurance products, policies, and tools to ensure agency alignment with company standards.
