The office of Raymond James Financial Services - Douglas Brown and Kimberly Phelps is growing to keep up with demand for our comprehensive financial planning services, and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Service Associate.
This essential role helps to provide high-quality administrative support to prospective and existing clients and other branch staff team members as a key point of contact. You will assist in researching and resolving moderately complex issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions that enhance the client experience. You will also oversee social media and email marketing for the Financial Advisors, with opportunities to recommend marketing strategies to increase the digital presence and visibility of the business. This position involves frequent interaction with clients and team members, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service will help strengthen client relationships and support overall business success. Applicants should be self-motivated and true team players.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions, including basic inquiries and scheduling of meetings, with prospective and existing clients on the phone, in-person, virtually and through mailings.
- Work both independently and within a dynamic team environment to provide crucial support to the financial advisors and branch office.
- Manage client onboarding and account setup, conduct research using internal systems, oversee asset transfers for accuracy, and monitor account alerts to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts, including social media and email marketing as well as client-facing events.
- Actively engage in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures.
- Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Work Experience
- Associate's Degree a minimum of 4 years administrative, office experience
- Preference for degrees in areas of Finance and/or Marketing
