Job Description

Technical Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise development platforms such as GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, JFrog (Artifactory/Xray), Azure DevOps, Jira, SonarQube, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Git, source control management, artifact repositories, release automation, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery best practices.
- Experience leading platform upgrades, integrations, migrations, and tool consolidations, including the movement of repositories, pipelines, configurations, and users between platforms.
- Experience with Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Groovy, or similar languages.
- Experience implementing secure development and deployment practices, platform governance, monitoring, observability, and root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise development platforms and services, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and scalability across the software delivery ecosystem.
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD capabilities that improve software delivery efficiency and developer experience.
- Lead platform upgrade, integration, migration, and modernization initiatives while minimizing disruption to development teams and business operations.
- Drive automation initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, operational efficiency, and developer productivity.
- Partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams to establish best practices for source control, CI/CD, artifact management, workflow automation, and platform governance.
- Implement secure software delivery practices, including code scanning, dependency management, secrets management, and compliance controls.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across development platforms, infrastructure, automation workflows, and developer tooling.
- Contribute to platform standards, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives that advance enterprise DevOps capabilities.
