Responsibilities
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
- Manage projects or substantial workstreams within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and to embed desired culture and behaviors.
- Champion an innovation stream within the innovation road map, ensuring the right resources are in place to execute on the strategy.
- Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- Mentor, coach, support, and provide advice and guidance for service users, in accordance with guidelines and standards, to support them through issues and times of challenge and vulnerability.

- Review and evaluate recommendations and requirements and to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions required.
