Job Description Summary
We are seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise on Back End and Front End Services. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership in guiding a team of developers through all stages of the SDLC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-performance systems that meet evolving business needs for the Supervisory Technology group.Job Description
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 2-3 averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design , development and delivery of cutting edge Supervisory Technology solutions.
Collaborate with Supervisory business , Business Analysts , Project Managers and Cross team to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Participate in code reviews, system testing, and validation procedures.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, modular design, and secure coding standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.
Participate in production support rotations and respond to escalated issues as needed.
Skills :
6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, distributed applications.
Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and influencing technical direction
Strong expertise on Java or Python tech stacks as below but not limited to
Front End – React / Angular
Server Side – Springboot / Django / Fast API
Backend – Oracle / Postgres / MySQL
Expert level knowledge in Public Cloud - preferable AWS
Knowledge on Kubernetes , Containerization , OAUTH , Testing Framework , JSP , XSL
Knowledge of LLM ‘s , Actimize is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science (Required)Work Experience
