Lot Attendant/Porter/Car Washer Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Lot Attendant/Porter to join the team at Raymond Auto Body in St. Paul. If you enjoy being active and working in a fast-paced setting, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the parking lots.
- Quickly and safely deliver vehicles and parts to technicians as requested to keep repairs on schedule.
- Wash and clean vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues to management.
- Deliver customer vehicles.
- Perform daily garbage and waste removal as needed.
- Ensure vehicles are pulled in the lot at the end of the evening.
- Maintain flexibility to assist with unexpected operational needs as they arise.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is mandatory.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather and dress appropriately for cold, snowy conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physically able to lift and move objects up to and possibly more than 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in car detailing or car wash preferred but not necessary.
