Raye IT Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Infrastructure Program Manager with a demonstrated track record in technical infrastructure management and operations. As manager of programs and projects, you will spearhead the seamless integration of technology solutions with business objectives.
Program manager responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Infrastructure engineers responsible for IT operations and maintenance, IT infrastructure projects, and Tier 2/3 helpdesk support.
- Performing project management activities including planning, execution, risk tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Provide support for the coordination, preparation, and reporting of project statuses on a routine basis.
- Develop and implement summary project report structures and project success metrics.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders and perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP or SAFe Certification.
- Proven leadership and management experience
- 8 – 10 years of proven working experience in program management and infrastructure support
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps or Project Management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
