Responsibilities:- Follow up daily with all incoming rental leads through phone, email, and CRM systems
- Promptly answer incoming calls, emails, and text inquiries from clients and landlords
- Schedule and conduct property tours, maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanor
- Communicate effectively and clearly with landlords, property managers, and listing agents
- Advertise available properties through the MLS, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channels
- Present properties and amenities in a positive, compelling way to prospective tenants
- Determine prospective clients’ needs, preferences, and budget, and match them to suitable rental properties
- Assist clients with rental applications, verifying documentation and confirming references
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions in a professional manner to secure successful transactions
- Process rental paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay knowledgeable about local rental market trends, available inventory, pricing, and competition
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times
- Promote management services to prospective clients, highlighting residential and commercial property management opportunities
- Maintain organized records of client communications, showing activities, and lease statuses

- Active Real Estate License (Required)

- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)

- Previous experience as a Rental Agent, Leasing Consultant, or Property Manager Assistant
- Working knowledge of local rental markets and fair housing regulations

- Fluent in a second language (Russian, Spanish, French highly preferred)
