About the Role
Our client is hiring a hiring a hands-on Product Lead Engineer who will own an entire slice of their AI platform. You’ll pair your product intuition with engineering chops to design and ship automation in one of their critical
healthcare domains, such as accounts receivable.
You’ll partner daily with our engineers and RCM subject-matter experts to translate real-world edge cases into clear specs and measurable wins.
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end product features across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python).
- Collaborate with Product/Design to turn user needs into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code; uphold engineering best practices via reviews.
- Build and evolve APIs/services, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Debug production issues and improve observability, tooling, and developer workflows.
Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
