What are the responsibilities and job description for the Periodontist position at Raybrex Dental Recruiting?
We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable periodontic practice, that is seeking a periodontist. They are seeking a full time periodontist for 4 or 5 days a week, depending on preference. This private office has many referrals already as they have been in the community for many years.
They have a long term periodontist that is retiring, so they have a busy referral base already developed. They average over 1,600 new patient referrals each year. They are a fee for service office.
The office is a beautiful one in a great location. It is completely state of the art, with digital work flows, CBCT, guided surgery, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry and PRF. They have an experienced and well trained team. There is wonderful collaboration and or mentoring as well. This is a 100% FFS office.
They are offering a 425K guaranteed salary or 40% of net production, whichever is highers. Health insurance, and continuing education stipend. There is buy-in potential as well, if interested but certainly not required.

Procedures:
- LANAP and traditional osseous surgery
- Implant placement — single, multiple, and full-arch cases
- Bone grafting and site development for implant placement
- Soft-tissue grafting, including connective tissue grafts, free gingival grafts, tunneling, and allograft procedures
- Functional and aesthetic crown lengthening
- Extractions
- Scaling and root planing
- IV sedation
Periodontist Requirements:
- Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
- Periodontic residency completed or in the process of doing so.
- State license to practice dentistry.
