What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at RAYBESTOS POWERTRAIN?
Provide shift leadership - Manage Throughput.
To coordinate the efforts of manufacturing teams within specific work centers to achieve increased throughput while reducing operating expenses and work in process inventory.
Facilitate training, safety, and quality aspects of production work.
B.S. Degree in Business Management or minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Must be available to work the evening shift and/or overnights.
