Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate and oversee assembly line operations, optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and train production team members to meet production goals and maintain high performance standards
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment safely and effectively during manufacturing processes
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential issues
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods movement
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line involvement
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, especially familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations in a factory setting
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment safely
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
- Good communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure smooth operations
